    If you wish to reactivate your account after it has been deactivated due to non-payment, please contact us to resolve the payment issue. Reactivation may be subject to additional fees or restrictions, depending on the length of the inactivity.

    5. Automatic Renewals

    Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged for the next billing cycle unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.

    If you do not wish for your membership to automatically renew, please ensure you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    6. Refunds

    Refunds are only issued if:
